Telangana State Special Police Department envisions a Convention cum Banquet centre in its premises adjoining the Yousufguda Police grounds for the welfare of its officers. Since the site is central to the town, it is very accessible via public transport. The site also overlooks a very green institute in its vicinity going by the name National Institute for Micro, Small & Medium enterprises.

The zoning of the building is such that one block would be used as a Banquet/ Multipurpose hall that would majorly hold police functions while the second block would comprise of Meetings/ Training rooms with some guest residences on the top floor. Separate parking with a separate exit road has been proposed to ease out the vehicular circulation to one way.
